Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with our Flower Phnom Penh shop on the website www.Flower2PhnomPenh, You (the Sender) are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• The price listed are  in USD and include delivery with in Phnom Penh 10km radius of our Shop. If the address is Outside of this range, or in the provinces. we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees or cancel the order with full refund. Additional charges will be inform to the Sender for approval before delivery is made.
• Sender must provide full and correct address of recipient as well as contactable phone number for each order. It is essential that the phone number must be provided for delivery purpose, as the system of road address numbering does not always run in sequence, or display prominently in Cambodia

• We accept payment via Crypto, Western Union, Ria, Money Gram, KHQR Code, PayPal
• Prices listed are not valid for Valentine’s Day period. If Sender have placed an order before we adjust website’s Valentine’s pricing on 4th February, we will contact you to top up the difference. No fixing of delivery time is allowed during valentine peak period (13 & 14th Feb )

• We reserve the right to replace any items with another of equivalent or higher value depending on availability in the event that the selected flowers/basket/wrappers/accessories etc.. are not available/in season or the materials are out of stock.

• Cancellation of order must be made 24hours before delivery date (Local Time), we will than refund in full. ,otherwise a 50% cancellation fee is applicable if sender cancel the order less than 24hours notice.
  Sender may change date of delivery 24 hours before delivery date.
• Deliveries to hotels, hospitals, funeral etc; are at the risk of the sender.(it is therefore important to provide as much information as possible to facilitate delivery. e.g for Hotel delivery, additional information regarding date check in, Names of travel agency/group , names of travel companions etc.
  For delivery to hospitals, the patient’s Room No.or his/her full name in his/her ID/Passport must be provided.
• For same day delivery, orders must come in by 2 pm (Cambodia time).
• Customer’s order is considered delivered and non refundable, in the event that the floral arrangement is rejected / not accepted by Receiver because of personal reason and not attributed to the floral arrangement..The floral arrangement will be brought back to shop and Sender will be notified
